Privacyverklaring van Bartulli Nederlands

In deze privacyverklaring leggen wij uit hoe Bartulli omgaat met de persoonsgegevens die via  bartulli.com worden verwerkt. Wij hechten veel waarde aan uw privacy en gaan zorgvuldig en  vertrouwelijk om met uw gegevens, geheel in lijn met de Algemene Verordening  Gegevensbescherming (AVG). Deze verklaring is voor het laatst bijgewerkt op de hieronder  vermelde datum.  

1. Welke persoonsgegevens wij verwerken  

  1. Bartulli verwerkt persoonsgegevens van bezoekers en klanten van bartulli.com doordat zij  gebruikmaken van onze diensten en/of omdat zij deze gegevens zelf aan ons verstrekken.  

  2. Afhankelijk van het gebruik dat u van bartulli.com maakt, kunnen wij de volgende gegevens  verwerken: voor- en achternaam, contactgegevens zoals e-mailadres en telefoonnummer,  adresgegevens, gegevens die u invult in een contact- of bestelformulier, en technische gegevens  zoals uw IP-adres en surfgedrag.  

  3. Wij verwerken niet meer gegevens dan noodzakelijk is voor de hieronder beschreven  doeleinden (dataminimalisatie).  

2. Doeleinden en grondslagen 

  1. Bartulli verwerkt uw persoonsgegevens voor de volgende doeleinden: het afhandelen van uw  vraag of bestelling, het uitvoeren van een overeenkomst, het verzenden van gevraagde  informatie, en het verbeteren van onze website en dienstverlening.  

  2. Wij verwerken gegevens uitsluitend op basis van een geldige grondslag uit de AVG: de  uitvoering van een overeenkomst, een wettelijke verplichting, uw toestemming, of ons  gerechtvaardigd belang na een zorgvuldige belangenafweging.  

  3. Verstrekt u gegevens op basis van toestemming, dan kunt u die toestemming op elk moment  intrekken.  

3. Delen met derden en verwerkers  

  1. Bartulli verkoopt uw gegevens niet aan derden en verstrekt deze uitsluitend indien dit nodig is  voor de uitvoering van onze overeenkomst met u of om te voldoen aan een wettelijke  verplichting.  

  2. Met partijen die uw gegevens in onze opdracht verwerken (zoals onze hostingpartij, e-mailprovider en betaaldienst) sluiten wij een verwerkersovereenkomst om eenzelfde niveau van  beveiliging en vertrouwelijkheid te waarborgen.  

  3. Bartulli blijft verantwoordelijk voor deze verwerkingen.  

4. Cookies en vergelijkbare technieken  

  1. bartulli.com gebruikt functionele en analytische cookies. Functionele cookies zijn  noodzakelijk voor de werking van de website en worden zonder toestemming geplaatst.  

  2. Voor het plaatsen van tracking- of marketingcookies vragen wij vooraf uw toestemming,  conform artikel 11.7a van de Telecommunicatiewet.

  3. U kunt cookies op elk moment beheren of verwijderen via de instellingen van uw browser.  

5. Hoe lang wij gegevens bewaren  

  1. Bartulli bewaart uw persoonsgegevens niet langer dan strikt noodzakelijk is om de doelen te  realiseren waarvoor uw gegevens worden verzameld.  

  2. Voor gegevens met een fiscale of administratieve bewaarplicht hanteren wij de wettelijke  termijn van zeven jaar.  

  3. Gegevens die u op basis van toestemming heeft verstrekt, bewaren wij tot u die toestemming  intrekt of niet langer dan nodig voor het doel.  

6. Hoe wij uw gegevens beveiligen  

  1. Bartulli neemt de bescherming van uw gegevens serieus en treft passende technische en  organisatorische maatregelen om misbruik, verlies, onbevoegde toegang en ongewenste  openbaarmaking tegen te gaan.  

  2. Onze website maakt gebruik van een beveiligde verbinding (TLS/SSL) en toegang tot gegevens  is beperkt tot bevoegde personen.  

  3. Heeft u de indruk dat uw gegevens niet goed beveiligd zijn of zijn er aanwijzingen van misbruik,  neem dan contact op via info@bartulli.com.  

7. Uw rechten (inzage, correctie, verwijdering)  

  1. U heeft het recht om uw persoonsgegevens in te zien, te corrigeren of te laten verwijderen.  Daarnaast heeft u het recht om bezwaar te maken tegen de verwerking, het recht op beperking  van de verwerking en het recht op gegevensoverdraagbaarheid (dataportabiliteit).  

  2. U kunt een verzoek tot inzage, correctie, verwijdering of overdracht sturen naar  info@bartulli.com. Bartulli reageert zo snel mogelijk, maar uiterlijk binnen vier weken op uw  verzoek.  

  3. Om er zeker van te zijn dat het verzoek door u is gedaan, kunnen wij u vragen om aanvullende  identificatie.  

8. Contact en klachtrecht  

  1. De verwerkingsverantwoordelijke voor de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens is Bagdes  Eksen. Voor vragen over dit privacybeleid kunt u contact opnemen via info@bartulli.com.  

  2. Bartulli wil u erop wijzen dat u de mogelijkheid heeft om een klacht in te dienen bij de  nationale toezichthouder, de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
